Can I configure AnyDesk so that it's the user who invites the technician to connect?
If you want the user in need of assistance to send an invitation to connect to the support technician, you just need to follow these steps:
Open AnyDesk and click on “Invite.”
- Enter the AnyDesk ID of the technician who should receive the invitation.
- Define which permissions you wish to enable.
The technician will receive the invitation in their AnyDesk client and will be able to connect.
