Do I Need to Install AnyDesk?

If you’re using a desktop platform like Windows, macOS, or Linux, there’s no need to go through the hassle of installing the AnyDesk client. In fact, the portable client can be easily run with just a double-click, and it includes the vast majority of our features. Be cautious: The portable versions of the AnyDesk client do not have elevated privileges by default. This can cause issues when interacting with applications or views that require administrative permissions.
