Managing Your Account

Once you’ve set up an AnyDesk account, you can access your account details and enhance security by activating Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).


View Your Account

To view your account details:

  1. Log in to my.anydesk II using your AnyDesk account credentials.
  2. Click on your name in the upper-right corner, then select My profile.
  3. Here you can find the following information:
    • About - Check your personal details such as your name, email address, date of birth, status, and join date.
    • Roles - See all roles assigned to you within my.anydesk II.
    • Groups - View all the groups you are a member of within my.anydesk II.
    • Multi-Factor Authentication - View the status of MFA and activate or deactivate it. my profile

Activate Multi-Factor Authentication

Enhance the security of your AnyDesk account by activating multi-factor authentication. This adds another layer of protection, requiring a login, password, and an additional security code when signing in.

❗ Before activating multi-factor authentication, download an authenticator app to your mobile device. Recommended apps include Google Authenticator or Authy.

To activate Multi-Factor Authentication:

  1. Log in to my.anydesk II using your AnyDesk account credentials.
  2. Click on your name in the upper-right corner, then select My profile.
  3. In the Multi-Factor Authentication section, click Edit.
  4. Open the authenticator app on your mobile device, scan the QR code, and:
    1. Specify the Device Name.
    2. Enter the Code from authenticator app. multifactor authentication
  5. Click Enable MFA.
