Optimize AnyDesk Performance with the Mirror Driver for Windows Systems
AnyDesk Mirror Driver
The AnyDesk mirror driver is a powerful tool that can significantly enhance the performance of older systems that struggle with tasks required by AnyDesk to run smoothly. This is particularly common for older Windows systems, such as Windows XP, Windows 7, and their server editions.

After downloading, the mirror driver needs to be extracted from its archive and the setup file should be run as an administrator. Through the guided installation process, the device must be restarted.
For non-server operating systems, it is important to check the “Force mirror driver” option in AnyDesk’s settings under “Settings” > “Capture”. This will temporarily disable “Windows Aero”.
Windows 7
On Windows 7, the mirror driver is only required when “Windows Aero” is disabled. AnyDesk must be installed rather than running in portable mode to enable the use of the mirror driver.
Note: In rare cases, the mirror driver may cause a decrease in performance under Windows 7. If this occurs, it can be easily uninstalled using the “Add or remove programs” feature in Windows.
