Connection Issue with AnyDesk Network
Description:
If you see this message, it means that the AnyDesk client is having trouble connecting to the AnyDesk servers. There are three main reasons for this issue:
- The request from the AnyDesk client to communicate with the AnyDesk servers did not go through.
- The AnyDesk servers rejected the communication request from the client.
- The response from the AnyDesk server did not reach the AnyDesk client.
Potential Solutions:
- For Cloud versions of AnyDesk, please ensure that:
- Your device has an active internet connection.
- Your device and network DNS resolvers can resolve AnyDesk URLs.
- All security solutions at the device and network levels are configured to allow communication to and from our servers. For more information, refer to the Firewall guidelines.
- Synchronize the operating system time with an online time server. This can often resolve certificate validation issues.
- For On-Premises versions of AnyDesk, please make sure that:
- Your device can connect to your On-Premises server.
