Troubleshooting AnyDesk: Permission Issue with Remote Control & Application Handling
This cursor indicates that AnyDesk or the remote device has not granted you permission to control this part of the user interface or application.
It could also be an issue with the application you are trying to handle. Some applications are protected against external modifications and do not allow remote desktop solutions to control them. Contact the software provider for more information.
In most cases, installing AnyDesk or running it as an administrator on the remote endpoint can resolve the problem.
Paid license users can also create a custom client that automatically requests administrator privileges upon startup if AnyDesk is not installed.
