Managing User Permissions with Permission Sets
Permission Sets are defined grants that control user access to features within the user management console of my.example.com. They provide a way to manage access to various features and pages for specific users.

Creating a Permission Set
Once a permission set is created, it cannot be modified. After creating a permission set, it needs to be assigned to a role or a group.
Follow these steps to create a permission set:
- Navigate to the Permission Sets section within your my.example.com account and click on Create Permission Set.
- Provide the following information on the subsequent page:

About - General details about the permission set.
- Name - Enter a name for the permission set.
- Description - Add a brief explanation of the permission set.
- Roles - Select the roles to which you want to assign this permission set from the drop-down list. Tip: You can also assign a permission set to a role later within the Roles section. Learn more here.
- Access Control - For each section, choose either No Access, View, or View & Edit based on the desired user access level within the assigned role.
