What to do if You Lose Your Private Key?

🚨 Your Private Key is a one-time creation and cannot be recovered if lost. It is crucial to securely save and store your Private Key.
If you find yourself in a situation where you have misplaced your Private Key, there are several steps you can take:

Utilize the Search Function in the File Explorer.
During the initial setup of Central Management, we ensure that you are unable to activate it without first copying and downloading the Private Key to your computer. As such, you should have it somewhere on your device. Open the File Explorer on your computer and in the Search field, type private key or .pem. -
Request an Account Reset.
If you are unable to locate the Private Key, you can request a reset of your account. This action will result in the deletion of all information, settings, and custom clients. You will need to start from scratch by setting up your account, organization/team, adding users, creating custom clients, and generating a new Private Key.
