Why Can't I Make Multiple Outgoing Connections with My AnyDesk Solo License?
Why am I experiencing limitations with my Solo license?
The AnyDesk Solo license is designed for individual users such as self-employed business professionals and IT specialists, offering a basic feature set for Remote Work and Remote Support.
If you have a Solo license, you may have noticed that you can no longer make more than one outgoing connection at a time. This is because the Solo license is limited to one outgoing connection, as stated on our pricing page. Although we were not previously enforcing these limitations on the paid licenses, we will be changing this moving forward.
We recognize that this issue has arisen due to errors in our wording, translations, and the incorrect license information provided to you upon your subscription. We deeply regret these mistakes and take full responsibility for them.
